Developing a regular yoga practice brings about better health and sense of well-being, balance and harmony between body, mind and spirit.
The word, “Yoga,” is derived from the Sanskrit root “Yuj” which literally means “union” – union of self with the divine.
Each yoga instructor brings with them unique experiences. Their style is influenced by their own personal journey and this forms the basis of what they offer in their teachings. Naturally, class participants will resonate or connect with particular teaching styles or personalities. As we offer a choice of instructors, hopefully participants will feel comfortable with the guidance and style of the instructors they feel drawn to with classes offered in different locations, various abilities and availability over the week.
