Manish – Thank you for another great class. I am writing to share how I feel since I have learnt yoga.

I came to yoga because of my shoulder pain and my friends recommended me to you for your yoga teaching.   Since I have learnt yoga, my pain has gone.  Also, I love going to yoga as I like the way and how you teach us.  You are not only teaching us yoga but also sharing the importance message about our mind and inner self.  I can always feel the positive energy in the class.  Thank you so much for this and also I must say thanks to my shoulder pain, if not I would not have a chance to get to know yoga.  I can find my peace and my own quiet space during the class which is what we really need from the hectic life nowadays.  We do need the positive frame of mind to keep us going toward the right direction in our lives.   My office is relocating and it is a bit far for the journey, however, I do not want to leave, as nowadays, it is so difficult to find a great teacher like you.  Hope my experience can help with people who may hesitate to learn or who would like to give up for any reason.
