No, we welcome all level of practitioners. Some classes are level graded for Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced levels.

Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one. If not, it is generally possible to purchase one at the classes. It is also useful to have a block or cushion, and a shawl. Please also wear light clothing.
It is generally advisable to leave at least three hours after a full meal, two hours after a light meal and half an hour after a snack.
Yes and this is encouraged. Our experience has shown this to be very beneficial for the quality of relationship between the participants and of course it will vary from person to person.
Yes, in fact Yoga is very good for gentle stretching while respecting natural limits and is therefore ideal for improving flexibility.
For any medical condition please seek medical advice. On the whole, Yoga can help with most conditions if practised with care and caution. Please inform the instructor before joining the class.
It can do, as it tones up the body and enhances mental clarity which generally assists in an improved lifestyle.
We offer yoga for pregnancy. We recommend starting Antenatal yoga sessions after 15 weeks gestation.
This is venue and class day/time dependent. Generally our classes range from between 8 and 20 people.
This is usually possible, space permitting, and at the discretion of the instructor.

If you can’t make a session, it can be made up by attending any other classes offered by the same instructor, ideally within the same week or anytime during the term. Please check with the instructor.

People from many religious traditions can and do practise yoga. Teachers will not promote a religious view point, however yoga is based in the Hindu tradition and some references may be made to the source of ideas or names of postures in order to clarify background detail.
