One Shakti as a group of associates have been offering yoga
and complementary therapy services for over 20 years. Each
associate brings with them many of their life journey
experiences that makes them as a person
and as teacher/guide unique.
One Shakti over the recent period has been going though a transformation phase and is now ready
to come to life with our launch of our newly designed website.

Yoga Classes
One Shakti offers a wide range of group classes of Hatha Yoga and
more for all levels, Yoga Therapy, Pre & Post Natal Yoga and
Pranayama & Meditation. The associates conducts
these in various locations and spread through out
the week.
