Massage

Massage helps to release the stresses and tensions from the tissues and muscles by surrendering and allowing the therapist to manipulate the body systems. Toxins are released from the body leaving the recipient feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

 

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage incorporates the movements of Hatha Yoga and the meridians of Acupressure to create a form of healing. It is an ancient method of healing by touch and pressure which works on the body and mind.

Practiced on a cushioned floor with the recipient fully clothed, this is an interactive and dynamic form of massage.

On-Site Acupressure Massage

This form of massage is based on acupressure focusing on the head, neck, back and arms. This is practiced on a specially designed chair where the recipient is fully clothed, seated and relaxed.

Holistic Massage

Holistic Massage involves gentle as well as deep rhythmic movements bringing about relaxation and therapeutic treatment. Practiced on a massage table using base oils and tailored to ones needs and requirements. A session can focus on a few areas of the body or extend to cover the full body.

I like the way your terminology used doesn’t make me feel that I should be able to do every posture which we cover in classes. I think the pace of the class is very good, you don’t rush things and you allow people to try things in their own time.
